*certain functions require up to 24 hours to propagate through the internet. This is a facet of how the internet works. This also allows us the time required to build and test your site.

          - Shows who is scheduled to work today and tomorrow on the main screen.
          - Messages are visible from the main screen, allowing easy information browsing.

          - Your site has a general username and password.
                  This allows you to set all homepages in your business to use the Barista site.
                  Associates can message, see who is working, etc. without logging in, while the
                  entire site stays secure from outsiders!
          - Each employee has their own unique ID and all functions can be turned on or off.

          - All associates and managers can see all messages no matter when they work!

          - Variance Report - see and compare the changes between inventories - money and amounts! - in

          - Employee time report - See the sign in and sign out data with summaries - make payroll a snap! - in
                  printable format, excel or in your browser.
⊕ Scheduling
          - Managers schedule employees directly in Barista - including copying schedules from week to week.
          - Employees can see their schedule from anywhere, and can request days off directly in the tool!
          - Managers receive a text or email when days off are requested.
          - Managers can sign out employees that fail to do so themselves - and it is specially noted in the time
                  reports for your review.
⊕ Other options
          - Change time zones, security settings, mailing lists, vendors, job positions, locations, and all settings
                  easily in your control panel.
          - Purchases are tracked by check number, type of payment, etc. and that information is mailed to your
                  mailing list and/or bookkeeping associate
          - Shared orders (orders that come from multiple suppliers such as Costco, Lowes, Office Max, etc.) are
                  put into 1 place eliminating multiple trips from multiple people.
          - Associates can complete inventory anytime upon your request directly in Barista
          - Simple help is available as a link on the main page for your associates.
          - Any problem can be solved with a support ticket - anytime - with quick resolution.
          - You have your own site - not a shared environment.
